Food Aid BBQ & Breakfast with Mayor’s Rural Expo 2014

The Gloucester Lions will be on hand June 6th at City Hall supporting Food Aid Day 2014.  This event in its tenth year raises money to purchase beef from area farmer for distribution to families in need. Come out and support rural businesses, local agriculture and the Ottawa Food Bank.

7 a.m. – 9 a.m.    Pancake Breakfast, Supplied by Stanley’s Olde Maple Lane Farm
8 a.m. – 2 p.m.    Rural businesses will be on hand to showcase their product/service or event
8 a.m. – 2 p.m.   580 CFRA live broadcasts and radiothon

The Works BBQ 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.   City Hall front lawn, and NHCAP-Skyline Building, corner Baseline &  Merivale
LIVE entertainment featuring a performance by Canadian country singer/songwriter Brea Lawrenson
