Tribute to Men and Women Who Serve

RCMP Musical Ride Family Day June 20, 2014 The Gloucester Lions Club welcomed the RCMP Musical Ride to Rideau Carleton Entertainment Centre for an evening of entertainment in support of the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides. Also on hand were Ottawa Fire Fighters for a High Angle Rescue demonstration.      

Fred G. and Doris Barrett Scholarship Recipients 2014

The 2014 Fred G. and Doris Barrett Scholarship from Gloucester High School is awarded to Katie Pickard Katie is an honor roll student and gifted athlete participating in Gloucester High School’s rugby, Nordic skiing, triathlon and ultimate Frisbee programs.  She also participated in local hockey, soccer and football outside of school.  Katie engages the community …
